IMO all he needs is to make the cruelties on his SP2 longer, maybe 20-25 seconds. Perhaps some extra damage per hydration charge. He’s a decent attacker otherwise.8 -

IMO she has a ton of utility (high block proficiency, immune to shock/precision/AA reduction, energy + non contact attacks, can block unblockable specials, easy access to shock, miss ability on heavy…1
