I have many examples of this on all the matches that I win, My power works just fine and raises just fine. But the matches that I lose. I noticed this. Please tell me if I'm completely mistaken …1 -

Yea, at 1:50 I inflicted my first bleed...by 1:36 (14s later) and I had inflicted 2 more...duh...have you ever played Nick fury?1 -

Yeah you inflict a damage over time debuff and you slowly gain power 12% of a bar every second1 -
