I don't feel it is. I just think it's much less profitable. That is my personal opinion on the economy of buffing and why some champs get 2 or 3 while others get overlooked time and time ag…1 -

Totally agree - not sure why it was coded like how it is, unless the game code at the time couldn't separate defensive attributes from attack so of course they skewed it towards defence!2 -
