Idk what you’re doing. Mine slows just fine, just doesn’t apply any debuff if it’s not perfect release. It’s supposed to be 1 debuff normally, and 2 debuffs if you nail perfect release1 -

Couldn’t agree more. Have both zemo and Kate at r3… after all the hype, I had intended on r4 zemo. But after a couple weeks of using them both it’s a no for me. Kate is getting the rank up for now.1 -

iPhone 14 pro…. Odins energy wave from s1 is gone, skrull/cgr/king groot all bugged visual effects in their sp attacks. Side note: Cassie is still whiffing heavy and sp1 attacks.1
