We always get new content (even tho CAVALIER difficulty is NEEDED, like months ago..) Doesn’t sound like the beef is with new content. It sounds like a bunch of folks crying cuz the free stuff they get with the side event doesn’t flood them with more 5/6* shards. It’s a fact, this side quest offers rewards MUCH MUCH better…

Maybe the smaller items are to help you acquire the special objectives.... like leveling 2,3* champs. I can tell you I haven’t done anything to acquire t1cc in years.. so being able to just grab one to get the 2* level up (and the 3* for t2cc) was actually nice. It’s true those cats won’t help with my next 5/65 or r2 6*…

I think the BG reference is more about how he was able to sig 200 high prestige champs as he pulled them from the sigs he’d hoarded and hoarded endlessly.... obviously he played an insane amount of time. And even with that, earning nearly every reward available, he still had to be very very wise in how he allocated those…

If you’re not buying sig stone deals, it’s very difficult to get a champ to 200 (without some insane luck and lots and lots of grinding.) Anyone that says otherwise is full of ****.

I should add... that is, if you want to play at the top for top prizes (like the stuff you mentioned.) There are many casual players that don’t spend a lot that do very well. It’s more about using every single resource as wisely as you can.... those that have played 4-5 yrs like me definitely have some champs or rank ups…

Vtd is sweet! But r5 over hyp, Corvus or warlock (specifically hyp or Corvus) is a brave move. I guess we rank who we like. But I’d say hyp or Corvus would have been a much bigger help for where it sounds like your roster is. Maybe do one of them next if you like one of them.
