Domino only needs the sig for defense, she’s still offensive powerhouse. And hulk…. Imo hulk is one of the best 7* available. My last 3 were Hawkeye, Mysterio, Hawkeye. Now that’s awful luck 😂4 -

Cgr is amazing but doesn’t need sig to be effective. Hyp needs it and is fine at sig1 so he’s not a giant sig stone investment. My hyp is r4 and use him quite a bit1 -
