    Sigil makes a difference for sure. I’ve only recently (and grudgingly) been subscribing. Not subscribing is why I’m 50M short of L67. Dr. Zola

    100% correct. But to be fair to the spirit of the comments, it’s relevant to note that you really cannot buy enough refined XP to reach anywhere near Level 67 via Sigil. Dr. Zola
