Use a sp3 while a power lock or heal block is active and the time extends to 30 seconds. Then use the sp1 to refresh it. You don’t even have to play that aggressive to do this.1 -

Doc ock has infinite heal block and power lock, plus that crazy reach that really helps with interceptions, so definitely him1
