This wouldn't be a issues if was in a Tech champion but what is supost to be the compensation ins't worth and it does not benefit a science champion, it's even worst it's a Trauma…-2 -

Likely getting a new way to get him but i don't think it will take to add him to the base pull It looks like a good rework but i don't think it's worth that much for profit1
