Sadly, the answer is no. Quick scroll of Sauron top 100 and can see atleast 5 bots. If I were to go through it more carefully there's probably 10+. In the top 100...3 -

In the update post near the bottom of the post they added some answers to FAQ and in it they say that the lists will be tied to maps not tiers, so yes. Should be one list for expert, challenger, hard…1 -
