They could at least run a 4* deadpool arena along side the 5* goldpool one so people can have a chance to get him while the whales are busy in the 5* arena.2 -

You could talk to all the members who are also tired of having a inactive leader and start a new alliance and have them join it and then decide who you want to be leader.1
