You will match based on your total points in GC. Relative to Victory Track, there aren’t a lot of players in GC, so you’ll commonly match a tier or two higher or lower than the one you’re in.1 -

Was there a mistake with today’s offer? E-mail message says it should be tiered to story progression. Paragons are getting the Uncollected offer. We don’t need t2a and t5b.2 -
