Not really answering the question here but I would simply eliminate Rifts and would give Rewards that Actually Fit for Progression Level. The Rewards from the past few Side Quests are insulting2 -

For now I say Kitty but I must make it known that I don’t have Apocalypse over a 4* so I don’t use him at all. It’s possible that I would find him better if I had him at a higher Star Level0 -

For Legendary it’s only 50 Shards so it would’ve been like 15 anyways3 -

Both are great but Human Torch is So much more Useful. Honestly just go with who you want1
