As I don’t have Guillotine 2099 in a 6* or higher rarity I can’t say who is better however I used a Rank 3 6* Guilly and she worked pretty dang well. Didn’t have much issues at all

I used to and even tho it kinda sucks, it’ll help you in the long run. Not sure where you are now when it comes to your progression level but I will say that once you hit Paragon, you’ll be overflowing in Full Energy Refills.

It depends on how badly you want him. Though more expensive, Featured Crystals are better if you’re targeting a certain champion. Keep in mind the Class Crystals as well.

For Battlegrounds an Unawakened Cap IW is actually low key better because you don’t have to worry about Will Power healing with those Debuffs he applies.
