That’s so untrue. He isn’t outdated at all. He doesn’t have as much Utility as Torch but he isn’t supposed to be what Torch is He has Perfect Block, Incinerate Immunity, Block Penetration, and Prowes…11 -

I just used Ghost for the 10% easy to Dex and Good Special Damage I had him at 13% and Decided to go for Ghost Revive over Sym and it worked Surprisingly well5 -
