Looked at the link you provided. No where did it say it was temporary in cav level. Would have been better off leaving it where it was at and adding more to thronebreaker difficulty.5 -

If you don’t go backwards when you lose then it comes down then there would be a big benefit to players that play alot and not necessarily the skilled.0
