DId 7.3 pretty recently and didnt notice the bug, ig I just brought in champs that gained buffs without dexterity so thats an easy solution to the path, also as said before cap IW reduces AAR by 100%…0 -

Cap IW sp1 reduces AAR by 100%, the power drain AAR is probably getting reduced1
