Nvm I'm an idiot... I thought it was 200 t1 dust to ascend when it's only 100 so I can ascend a 3rd 5* with 50 leftover. ( I was reading the 150/200 wrong ).2 -

And then you can also use Champs like scorpion/spider ham that has lots of power sting dmg that bypass all the resistances.2 -

You're not suppose to regen.... if you dash back you gain a timer and if you dash back inside that timer the defender regens.5
