Just focus on sp1s, he gets power gain so he can fire it pretty frequently and because of his sp1 you get a true focus buff which helps against evading champs like spidey and ultron in the path. I us…2 -

Probably more of a long shot but i thought the flowing brownish colour was like a long curly beard and thought of war thor But the ear point angle seems off and the beard is probably too long.1
