Maybe i missed sth, but i have never encountered the rule that when i use elder marks, i fight against player using elder marks. So as long it isn't my ommission your argument is invalid.1 -

Dom is useful on defense max sigged, apoc nowadays isnt too useful, andhe doesnt need a gem1
