Angela deserves to be r3. I have her at rank 4 and she is just amazing. So much utility and sustainability. I have taken Peni, KM, Nimrod, Warlock and a whole lot of other mini-bosses with her in war…2 -

Bishop should go to r3. AA would have been the obvious choice if he was duped, but he is not. Domino shall do what she's best at - warming the bench.3
