Surfer is dope without the synergy. He’s been pasted as a prestige only champion. Sure he’s no Herc but he’s got a really good kit and some solid damage7 -

This implies that if you placed in the last hour or so with a set of 6 hour boosts you’d have the first 5 hours or so with a max boosted defender5 -
