You can earn a lot more points from running 3 groups and the rewards for each war will be increased by running more groups. A few extra shards etc. It also means that 30 of you can play instead of 20…1 -

You should heal, but keep in mind that poison also reduces healing by 30% per stack. So even though recoup will try to heal you, if that poison stacks it’s still going to knock you out.1
