Once you can 100% UC each month, continue to build your roster, and continue exploring story content, you'll get to a point where you'll be duping 5* left, right, and centre. And as a side …2 -

Did you start the fight with the bleed active? If you start at 25 binary charges, you'll start with no debuffs, which means that the Restoration Kit synergy won't trigger1 -
