Hulk and Chavez are easily the best options for their respective objectives. I used sandman personally for villain. SP1 spam kept his charges down, and when it did finally trigger, it easily reversed…3 -

Shuri is the best, but BWDO, Nebula, iDoom, Doom, and Scorpion have easy access to shocks also.2 -

Dragon man, Storm Xand Dani are the only ones that aren't an outright win in my opinion, and even they have their uses. I would move that gambit relic to domino personally though.1 -
