  • You honestly never need to for that fight. As soon as you get him back to a bar of power you get one back, so you can drain him again. He never had a chance to throw a special.
  • Storm with power back boost, you gain a ton of prowess from being bled, get to sp3, spam it till the fight is over.
  • Glykan is probably the most difficult, but that is mainly due to not being able to damage him unless you are punishing a heavy or special. Once you are hitting him though, as long as you can keep chaining attacks/specials/strikers/ what ever. Best for him imo is Storm, who is also probably the best for 9.1 boss. With a…
  • It varies, at the moment I have Veilguard, and the First Descendant, with some Satisfactory, Hardspace: Shipbreaker, and the Monkey Island series thrown in when I need something different.
  • Gorr works really well, but as others have said, anyone can do it.
  • I remember doing that path right after they buffed him, and it was a **** and a half. I think I ended up having to bring galan specifically for him. Glad to see that they replaced him with a champ that actually let's you play into the nodes.
  • Toad makes a fantastic horseman on quests, the built in purify on opponent dash means you can be unblockable fairly regularly, can really help when the AI turtles up. Also if you come across a defending Mantis as a horseman she has a special call out sometimes about it, only ever seen it with toad, but I imagine any mutant…
  • Haven't managed to capture it yet but Rogue after using the gambit relic "Having fun, Remmy?"
  • I've seen that one twice, and it was always on at least the second fight in a quest. He also has one specifically for domino where he says something along the line of "I'm more of a mahjong guy myself "
  • Are you Valiant? Usually one objective is only for highest progression level.
  • Mantis has to have mixed emotions up for it, and it's technically sleep, not a stun, but works fairly similarly
  • Mr fantastic with the full F4 synergy does as well, but no way to really run into that. It is kind of fun offensively on some of the nodes that put random debuffs on defenders when you dex or whatever though.
  • I mean you aren't wrong, but enchantress basically has it already, locked behind her heavy hits, and Fantman has a similar thing where he can disable his highest special with a light combo ender if I am remembering right. That aside, I can only think of two champs that don't already have something similar that would really…
  • Disagree about it being easiest, but only because some of summers stuff was way easier when the AI actually cooperated. That and there were a couple fights that were Ronan cheese like Aegon in the first gauntlet.
  • Probably Prowler, Domino or Storm, and then whoever i can brute force it with for small mystic saga. There are only like 5 options for that one, none that look to be particularly good for the fight either
  • I agree that the new hacks are great. I just wish that zone 4 and the first one in zone 8 weren't locked to them. You only have 3 options for the first one in zone 8 because you will have already have gotten all of the other new ones already.
  • It's only for falter. No need for sp1 unless you need to counter evade. Bait a special at 1.9 or 2.9 bars of power. Get an incinerate on the opponent, MM for falter, SP2 while falter is up.

  • Legion and Daken seem like the most likely options to me as well based on my extremely limited comic knowledge
  • It's really not though, it refers to a story in the Bible. It boils down to someone who went against their father's wishes, and then realized he made a mistake and came back to try to patch things up.
  • I thought it was something like that, but like I said, the first block of her abilities literally says all attacks have 30% chance for bleed. It's fine that it's not, as that is honestly a whole new level of cheese, but would be nice if descriptions matched actual abilities
  • I could see that. Heck, he fits prodigal better then BPCW does as he has the whole villain to hero arc
  • Just wondering if gwen is bugged right now. Decided to take her for a spin in ROL in anticipation of her upcoming 7 star and I noticed that the heavy pretty much never inflicts new bleeds. I know it says the final hit has a 5% chance if there isn't one there already, but there is also supposed to be a 30% chance to cause a…
  • Have they ruled out "what if?" characters? Could be Starlord T'challa
  • Psylock was my first 6 star, so would love a buff for her, she has some really powerful power control, just the damage is a little lacking.
  • If it didn't require all sorts of resources to level and rank them, then mid/bad champs that have some niche uses wouldn't be such a disappointment. Bit since every resource you spend on a champ like leader is a resource you now can't use on a champ that is better in almost every respect. I personally think they screwed up…
  • Individually, yeah, it's not great, but when you combine them, they are actually fairly meaningful. Assuming you can't use the nullify, you have a 60% chance that the buff just doesn't happen, and if it does, it lasts less then half as long. Also applies to the the spells from synergies, so you can get a 60% petrify and/or…
  • Potency of the buff controll spells doubles when you retrigger with the sp2 and at that point you are stealing enough power that you can keep everything up full time, it just takes a long time to get there
  • 4 star sentinel relic or higher has the incinerate pause. If you have higher you can get some straight up extra duration in addition to the pause as well.
  • Draining to 0 after a special and then power locked for a bit is pretty decent, but agree it's a far cry from best in the game.
  • Northstar, which I'm not thrilled about, but it may be the prod I need to try to do the rest of Necropolis. Others from this titan so far, Leader and Hood
