Several tech champs can remove passive prowess. Nimrod, Viv, and Ironheart at least, maybe more. Didn’t feel like checking every single one.1 -

You honestly never need to for that fight. As soon as you get him back to a bar of power you get one back, so you can drain him again. He never had a chance to throw a special.5 -
