Yeah, but when you can get the most common drop from the crystals from the rank up store for 1/3 the unit cost the crystals feel like a rip off.3 -

Buff cornucopia should be good for him, also any of the get armor ups when doing whatever ones. He can convert all those extra buffs to fury passives so should hit pretty hard from those.1 -

For banquet in particular, if the main reward in the crystal can be purchased from the rank up store for less then the unit cost of the crystal, then it has no business being in the crystal71
