Chavez can power reverse, Kushala can lower his power gain rate and heal back a lot of damage on block too. Destroyer is also pretty good against him too.3 -

Kushala gains power when the opponent gets a buff which triggers a buff on tigra which triggers her power gain which triggers a buff...etc.5 -
