White tiger can work for serpent, just tried her today and her bleed on her sp2 counts as a heal block that serpent isn't immune to and you'll heal a lot from his regen. I do recommend 5/5 …2 -

You only get 1 force charge per immunity to buffs, but 5 for nullify immunity. Means you'll ramp 5 times faster using someone immune to nullify. I personally use overseer for that node since he …5 -

You also need the roster of at least 2 7*s of the right class. I was fortunate on my alt having 7* titania and Iron Heart, so that was the path I did to get my 2 r3s the second I beat act 7.1
