Well I wouldn't go that far. OML's healing is worse now (somehow) but his damage is much higher. Col is just better all around and and easy R4 as a 5 star.2 -

You got someone disagreeing with you but it's true. They got tuned back. OML's Regen was every 10 seconds now it's every 20 seconds meaning you gotta play with less healin or less dama…7 -
