The thing you gotta understand is that if players wanted to watch a YouTube video, they'd go to YouTube. They're on the forums to read. So putting YouTube links on the forums kinda tends to…3 -

CGR is very good at Rank 3 but currently R4 is probably maximum what you'd need for current state of the game. The Combat Power Rate and damage increase is very nice.1
