Is Mags bugged?
Just wondering because it says his 5% prowess caps at 40, but when I’m refreshing it stops at 30+ the 20% prowess, so usually 35. I then have to keep knocking them down to get to 40? This sounds wron…0 -

Not for the massive portion of our player base that uses suicides, he's actually worse for them... so no, mission still in progress.3 -
