i had 1 r4 4* when i beat meastro, so you can get through it with r2/3 4*s. also parry and dex is a must2 -

you just lack skill, i still had mostly r3s when i beat act 4. honestly my hardest fight so far was in 5.2.4 with punisher. could never beat him1
