Both great champs, but that ghost is gonna help you a lot more, especially once your done with variant she's a beast in pretty much every other part of the game. Best champ in the game IMO1 -

I think Cap would be a bit too much just for the regen, but iron man would be absolutely fine, and still wouldn't really compare to the god tiers. They should just make that effect permanent1
