it's the same every month, they don't announce buffs till patch notes outa fear that people will rank in advance despite knowing nothing and then complain after the fact1 -

The way to make it less stressful (at least in tier 1, can’t speak for all the tiers) is actually to make war tougher again. When you lose 4-3, every death feels awful. When you lose 18-7, you can sh…21 -

Who cares what they say? I just told you he’s not only not awful, but is very very good. I use him constantly in high tier gameplay.4
