It’s actually a different situation. Namor was intentionally nerfed, while The Hood seems to have been nerfed based on ignorance of where his value lies.9 -

Ok, hate me. I understand the loss of core utility, but The Hood is not too bad and kind of fun to play. He doesn’t need to nullify buffs to keep charges if you use SP3 and keep invisibility going, f…1
