Make it AA specific with an appropriate time to use it (lets say this month, plenty of time to evaluate) and we'll see who goes all in.4 -
Re: I've lost understanding of Passive vs Active Buffs and it's compounded with the recent changes.
Is that still happening? Happened all of last month and reported by many, many people. I guess that is considered a passive bug.1
