it won't reset and it won't be added a new one, so you HAVE TO claim it before the next one or you will lose the day, i know for experience on my alt :-(6 -

the champion is immune to any fate seal when awakened, but i'm not sure if he needs to be on the boss node to activate that immunity ^_^2 -
