Parry placement; Dexterity issue!!
Dev, I appreciate that you guys have supported the newer player base and given them access to parry mastery without limber. But, how come you didn't make it standalone? Previously we could have enabled dexterity without parry, but now you guys over there make it impossible as you made parry a prerequisite for dexterity!!…
