    opened about 5 3.5k 5* shards some 5* sigs and a basic tier 4 but no Kang or Thanos or Awakening Gem

    Yeah I don't buy that.

    They have very strict internal policies about benefitting their Accounts. They play the game like us. There are several Test Accounts in existence, but they're not for perosnal use.
