**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

#HaMwasHacked

Today a friend of mine, HaM, was hacked. No one had access to his account. When he logged on earlier today, all of his attackers were sold. Luckily his defenders were saved by AW. Here's photo proof of the hack:

His IGN is -Hyper Freak- and if you could reinstate his account Pre-Hack, that would be great. He contacted Kabam Support and they basically said it was all his fault that he sold his champs. Please help my friend. He has logged 1000+ hours and has spent ~$2000 on the game.

Send in a support ticket with the pictures explaining what happened. Can't do anything about it on the forums. In game press the gear icon in the top left and then go to support. If they can't do anything about it there's really not a lot that will happen I don't think. Just try again and see what they say.

Oh sorry the 2nd half of your post hadn't loaded. Is the ticket still open? Maybe just write back and see if you get a better response?

  • Hey Guys,

Unfortunately, there is nothing that we in the forums can do. As Havard put in his other thread, he'll have to contact our support team. But I do need to point out that your account's security is nobody's responsibility but your own. This means keeping secure passwords, not allowing anybody else access to anywhere this password might be stored, and definitely not sharing passwords.

    Closing this thread down now.
