    Hey there, the Mutant Sentinel found in Alliance Quests passively regains health, gaining more back as it gains Analysis Charges. The different classes of Sentinel in AQ have some different abilities, which can be found by clicking on the "i" icon on their summary before a fight. Hope that helps clear things up!
