Can't Find Soul Stone

I have the right Cap but I can't find the Soul Stone to activate it. It's not in my inventory and it doesn't show up when I tap "Use Items" on him.

    If you have 100% explored the SOUL quest in Quest for the Stones on any difficulty, it will automatically be added to him. You can see this in his Character Screen under Champions. You can also tap your Summoner Profile and see that it's active.

    So once i complete the quest, it automatically activates?
