BIG BUG on Cull Obsidian Cavalier Crystals !!!

in General Discussion
After the wrong crystals (electro's crystals) were been replaced by the right ones (cull obsidian's crystals), i decided to buy 10 of those but after that they disappear of the crystals vault to finally been replaced by this electro's crystals (proof in video on my FB page : https://www.facebook.com/leowmcoc and in the following screenshot) !!



Please KABAM, give me back my unites or the crystals that i wanted to buy ...

    So you bought crystals with Electro’s picture on it thinking it was for Cull?

    I did the same thing. They fixed the initial problem and I bought 10 Cull crystals and they gave me 10 electro crystals. I submitted a ticket but haven’t seen a fix yet. How long do these things normally take to fix?

    If my understanding is correct, there is a second bug, where the correct crystal was purchased. However, it will disappear and re-appear again. The crystals then switched to the one with Elektro.
