Do not purchase dungeon crystals

I’ve recently come across a problem with dungeon crystals, they send them straight to your inventory and they are not usable, I bought two crystals one being a test to see if the same problem happened, kabam has reimbursed me the shards but have not given me my crystal back, they said would fix the issue but only one part of the issue has been fixed I urge people do not buy crystals until the issue is fixed

    When you buy a dungeon crystal it goes to the special tab in the crystal vault.

    Hey there,

    There was an issue that caused the 3-Star Chaos crystal to go to your Inventory instead of the Crystal Vault, but that issue has been fixed. Anybody that purchases the Crystal not will not see this issue. Anybody that experienced it before the fix will have the situation fixed for them in the near future.

    V1per1987 they were not usable and went into inventory instead of the vault

    Qwerty they couldn’t be used from the vault they went into items
