My partner was on her account today as she finiahed a quest a unit offer appeared just as her phone rang and she's clicked it by accident how does she go about refunding the units

    Open up a support ticket, and as long as she didn’t use/open whatever was accidentally purchased, they should be able to refund the units

You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking on the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". They can also be reached here. As someone else already mentioned, be sure not to spend, use, or open anything that came with the offer.
