Unresponsive Kabam Complaint, mobile support

I am continuously submitting my query to "http://kabam.force.com/PKB/KbContactUsForm" but no response from their side. Really frustrating

    So what am i supposed to do when they don't bother to reply for like 3-4 days?

    I completely understand their point, they want me to wait, but for how long? How many months, years or decades? It happened to me earlier and i never get a reply. Never!

    Sometimes the investigation takes time. There's also likely many open Support cases so the workload for sure is a factor here. They said they have one open and pending for you so the best you can do is wait. Reply to the initial case number if you don't hear back in a few days.

    Your ticket isn't the only ticket they are looking at. 100's of millions of people play this game so imagine the possibility of how many tickets they have to.go through.

    Hey there, as others have mentioned, it can sometimes take time to look into an issue but our Support Team will attempt to respond as quickly as they can. As was also mentioned, sending new tickets about the same topic does not help to make the investigation go any faster, as the team is already working to look into the issue and respond as quickly as possible.
