Major in game change to Medusa, but no rank down tickets for her?

So with the complete fiasco with she-hulk and Kabam saying that rank down tickets would never come back, then adding them back for JUST the she-hulk fix. Are we thinking the same thing should apply for people who have brought up Medusa for 100% ability accuracy reduction and no power gain at all to robots, which is now down to .55% These in game changes after ranking someone up for specific reasons does warrant compensation, or just putting the champion back to the way she was.
