Silver Surfer taking damage from passive shock

This is happening against the node “EMP Modification” in the current monthly event quest (Red Hulk Uncollected boss, 1.1) and is causing Silver Surfer to take Shock damage from passive Shock effects.

    Difference is, in silver surfurs spotlight, it says he reduces shock debuff by %100 while in the others, it says they are immune to Shock effects.

    Just to confirm what has been said, Silver Surfer's ability is that he takes -100% damage from Shock Debuffs, but does not have any resistance to Passive Shock Effects. Debuffs can be distinguished by the light ring around to edge of their icon, similar to the one Buffs have. Passive Effects don't have this effect, as seen in the screenshot in the original post. Hope that helps to clear things up!

    Maybe read his ability description instead of relying on some barfed up graphic?

    Surfer is not immune at all. He takes 100% reduced damage from certain debuff types.

    Think for yourself or fall behind, mate. Your choice.
    My fault. I do not have silver surfer and did not look up his abilities specifically. Carry on.
